Fernando & Guillermo did not manage to beat the Bryans yesterday. They lost 1-6 3-6 3-6. So now it's time to focus on singles again. In the 3rd round Fer will play Andy Roddick, 3rd match on court one. ¡VAMOS!

Fernando had a comfortable 6-4 6-4 6-3 win over Bobby Reynolds yesterday. Today, second match on court 3, he will play Andreas Seppi of Italy for a place in the third round. ¡Vamos!

edit: Fernando made it to the 3rd round with an easy win over Seppi: 6-3 6-2 6-4. Up next is Andy Roddick but first, 2nd match on court 19 tomorrow, the doubles match! Vamos Fernando & Guillermo, beat those Bryan brothers!!!

First round for Fer will be played today. He'll be on Court 4, third match.

Due to the rain not all matches could be played or completed today, so no results for Fer yet. Let's hope tomorrow will be a better day!

Due to the rain, matches were shortened to just one set at the Boodles Challenge. Fer beat Soderling 6-4 on Friday and will play Nalbandian in the final today.

The Wimbledon draw is out. Fer is in Andy Roddick's part of the draw and will play Bobby Reynolds in the first round. He's also playing doubles with Guillermo Garcia-Lopez. Tough first round, with the Bryan brothers as their opponents! Good luck!!

update: Fer won the Boodles Challenge!!! Congrats! He beat Nalbandian 6-3 6-3. Well done!!! There are pictures in the gallery and clips in the VO Forum (will put them on the video page here later)

Fer is playing the Boodles Challenge in Stoke Park, Buckinghamshire, England. Yesterday he beat Marat Safin 4-6 6-3 10-4 (Match TB). On Friday he will play Robin Soderling in the semi final. Good luck Fer!

Not a good day on the grass courts of Queens Club. Fer lost 3-6 3-6 to Max Mirnyi.

Grass season is here! Starting with the fun tournament at Queens Club in London. Not an easy draw for Fer, but, as we saw last year, being a very nice grasscourt player not an impossible draw! First round is Max Mirnyi, with a possible 3rd round clash with Rafael Nadal. But let's not get ahead of ourselfves here. First things first! Good luck against Max and you show them all Fer!!! VAMOS!

Fer and Max play first match on Centre Court on Monday, starting at 12.30 local time.

Today RG 2007 ended for Fernando. He lost 3-6 3-6 6-7(1) to Novak. Still, congrats to a great tournament Fer!

Today Fer & Wayne will play Bjorkman / Mirnyi 2nd match on court 7. Good luck!

edit: Bjorkman & Mirnyi were too strong, they won 6-1 6-2. On Monday at 12.00, Court Central, time for the 4th round. Very important match to reach the last 8 of Roland Garros. Again not an easy one, but we all know Fer can do this! Suerte Fer!

On Saturday another tough match for Fernando. It's time for the 3rd round in singles where he will face fellow Spaniard David Ferrer. And again, nothing is impossible! VAMOS! They will play the 4th match on Court no.2.
